We have setup the synchronization between Dynamics 365 for Sales and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
The synchronization of the contacts and sales quotes were executed succesfully. But we are unable to synchronize the customers. The job which synchronize the records to Dynamics 365 Business Central is running every 5 minutes and run succesfully.
But we receive no new records in the screen CUSTOMERS- DYNAMICS 365 FOR SALES.
We have created in Dynamics 365 for Sales a new customer with the Relation Type Customer and set the status on ACTIVE.
This customer will not be synchronized to Dynamics 365 Business Central.
The problem occurs in version 13 as in version 14 (April 2019 Release)
