Want to know the availablity of resource, like when he is booked and when he is free

Want to know the availability of resource, like when he is booked and when he is free.

Consider like a report for coming day.
I have list of all resource where i can get a proper report of knowing when is resource free that day and when he is booked, like our gant chart shows it, i just need proper hours

Like 10-5 is the working hour, so report should be
10-12 free
12-1:30 booking on wo number
1:30-3:00 timeslot is free
3:00-5:00 there is a booking

is there a way to build such type of report.

    Getting the list of bookings is easy, but to display the empty slots for every resource you would need to read their working hours, which is not an easy endeavor. What are you trying to achieve?

    It's like Need to have a report to know available time slots of employees and booking slots, so that one can manually choose any available resource and schedule the work order to him.

    In our schedule board assistant(not schedule board) I saw one field Total Available Time in filter pane under resource, in which table can i find it, do anyone has any idea.

    What about specifying the employee as a "must choose from" resource preference and then use Schedule Assistant or the Scheduling API? If you specify fulfillment preferences you would even gets slots instead of specific arrival times.
