Regarding "smGetnextNoteIndex" Error

Hello guys,

Is any one knows the solution of this error. it comes when i click on SOP_number

i have done one customization. from customization i am pushing one invoice into SOP using eConnect.

    First off - you could try the following: get everyone to log out of GP and then restart SQL. Its probably a deadlock issue. If that doesn't work - check your ODBC is set up correctly. I'm not sure how an eConnect integration could be causing the issue.

    I have tried in fresh environment. without customization it works fine. but after deployment and integration of some trx this error occurs.

    SQL error 2812 indicates a missing stored procedure.  Check to see if taGetNextNoteIndex exists.

    Hello Tim,

    Yes i have checked in SQL SP is exists.

    Are you able to run a trace in SQL Profiler?  If not, do you have the Support Debugging Tool (SDT) loaded in GP?  Also, pressing the more info button on the error window will give more (useful) information.
