How to create a customer service ticket from embedded customer voice survey response

Hi,

My manager is interested in embedding a customer voice survey into a webpage,

the goal is: users can go to the webpage complete the survey, and an Customer Service Hub case will be created from the survey response.

is there a way to trigger a case creation when the survey is submitted?

I've been looking in in Power automate and I haven't seen a connector that looks like it can accomplish this.

Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out. You can create a flow which triggers on survey response record creation in Dataverse. Here is an example video of how the follow up actions can be built on survey responses: www.youtube.com/watch

Hope this helps. If you have further query, please reach out to customervoice@microsoft.com.
