Service Management - Service Checklist

Looking for options that when performing a service that the technician has a list of items/steps to perform whilst performing a task. I cannot seem to find anything on the Service Order or the Service Task.

    Stephen,

    There is no formal Service Checklist feature but most Service Granule users add there own via creating the setup of the Troubleshooting/Fault/Resolution and Resources. Here you can define a Checklist by Service Item or if your checklist is common, you might consider create a Report and always print with a Service Order for the Technician to have. If you need more information on these setups, please email back.
