Hello All,
Below is the test I conducted. for understanding Unconfirmed Product receipts
I have 2 users.
User1 linked to Worker 1.
User2 linked to Worker 2.
I raise a PO, Logging in as User 1 ,and mentioning the requester as Worker 2.
(As seen below Requestor and orderer are different)
I confirm the PO.
When I log in as User 2 in CRC Plus, I am able to see the PO details in the Unconfirmed product receipt section.
Now let us say, User 2 is about to go on a long leave, and we would like to delegate the unconfirmed Product receipts to User1 or any other User in the organization.
I see there is no option to delegate in the Product receipts screen
Hence, I tried to update the PO’s Requester as Worker 1 and confirmed the PO again.
My expectation was the unconfirmed Product receipts will now be appearing when I Open CRC Plus Logged in as User1.
However this didn’t happen and the unconfirmed Product receipts still appears against the User 2.
Is there any way we can Move the UN-confirmed product receipt from the existing user to some one else?
Many Thanks, Kaushik

Hello Dr Ludwig,
This is Procurement and sourcing module in AX 2012 R3.
1) Create a PO for an item , Make sure the Requester is Selected and is different from the Orderer.
2) Confirm the PO.
3) Log into EP with credentials of the requester.
4) In the UN-confirmed product receipts section you can see the PO details.
The question is Is there a way i can delegate this to some one else?
If the requester is going on a long Leave, he would like to delegate this to someone, Is this a Possibility?
The steps i tried
I went to the PO and edited the requester and made it same as the order er, Confirmed the PO.
however, The PO still appears in the unconfirmed product receipt of the old Requester Login , and not in the Orderers login.
Thanks, Kaushik
Hi Kaushik,
Can you let us know in which module and form you execute those process steps?
Some screenprints would be helpful.
Thanks,
Ludwig
hello Andre,
i meant enterprise portal.
thanks, kaushik.
Hi Kaushik,
Can you tell what CRC Plus is? If it is an external application, you have to check the integration part. If it is an add-on, you can check the vendor what security or constraints were applied on their forms.
