5Hello together,
i'm working for an Retail company with around 50 Stores which are replenished by our logistic centre. I've run into following issue and hope that there might be an solution for it.
We want the items to be moved in a timely manner and use Master Planning for this. However, if the Max value exceeds the current stock level, the planned transfer order is created with the dispatch date and the quantity from the purchase order. The problem here is that the currently available stock is not immediately transferred to the shops and must therefore be reworked manually.
As an example:
Warehouse Stock 10
Shop Stock 3
Shop Min/Max 4 / 20
Result after Master Planning
Purchase Order 10 (+ Min Max for Warehouse Stock)
Transfer Order 17
What we want:
Purchase Order 10(+ Min Max for Warehouse Stock)
Transfer Order 10 (Asap)
Transfer Order for the remaining quantity.
So we want the shops to be supplied immediately with the available stock without waiting for the purchase orders to be created. Is there a way to do this?
