is there a way i can hide these icons on the left ( sitemap).

Hi,

you can create a solution, include the sitemap into solution, and remove the items from there.

EG.

Original

Create a solution and include the correct sitemap into solution. Remember download the solution as backup.

Double click the sitemap from solution, and remove the items. As Demo, i will keep 2 .

Save and publish.

Result

ok thanx one more question is there any way i can control cases assigned to business units .

eg: i dont want cases to be assigned to some units

Hi,

yes, you can , but do you have any indicators that can use by workflow or olugin to identify this case cannot be assigned?
