Multiple Benefit Deduction per Employee

The client has a monthly car allowance (legally the car is owned by the client) benefit made up of the following components:
  • Flat amount of car allowance monthly instalments e.g. £300 per month.
  • Car fine on demand - example parking fine of £50 is collected as and when it happens from the relevant worker for a specific month (Payroll rejected a proposal for this to go through as a non-reimbursable expense).
  • Car damages excess on demand - example worker scratches the bumper and there is an excess of £100 for the repair (again Payroll rejected a proposal for this to go through as a non-reimbursable expense).
  • Config - I have already crated the relevant benefit plan and type, but would like to know if the better solution in this case is to have multiple coverage option assignments for each bullet point above?
Thanks in advance
