Email tracking and regarding rules

Hello,

I have recently implemented dynamics 365 in an organisation.

I have come across a scenario using the tracking of emails and the outlook app for dynamics.

When tracking an email from a user (Lets say his email is bobvance@vancerefrigeration.co.za) i then track the mail regarding his lead on dynamics.

The issue is whenever i get a new mail from bobvance@vancrefrigeration.co.za the timeline only shows for the contact.

In other words does the user need to specify the regarding for each email everytime?

Is there no way to configure the system to always track the emails to the lead associated with bobvance@vancerefrigeration.co.za?

Any guidance or help is appreciated!
