Making Real type field as mandatory and Not taking values like '0'

Dear All,

I gave a form field as mandatory and it is real type. Whenever user enter value of that field as zero , still pop up comes and and not stopping saying "Field must be filled in ". So how user skip that mandatory with value as zero , if it not filled pop will not stop.

    Hi Safeer,

    Check your field property in form "Mandatory" = YES. In that case 0.00 is not treated any value in field .

    Remove property and give condition by code

    EX.

    if(Table.RealField <=0)

    {

           info("Field must be filled in ");

    }

    Sorry for late reply . So I have to code to skip values of zero with mandatory condition in form control.

    You should not, if you have mandatory = yes, AX should not accept 0 as a value. Please check field property and that everything is compiled correctly. Also there could be some code that could make it not mandatory in the runtime, so check for it as well.
