hello all i ve been asked to do a report on power bi based on this resource name in PSA how do we see appproved draft recall requested returned submitted hrs in numbers in psa in crm or do we have a separate calculation for it i mean those fields mentioned above are stored in which entity

Hello Ainee,

These are the "Target Entry Status" (msdyn_targetentrystatus) options on the Time Entry entity.

thanks for your help but how do we see billable and non billable hours in CRM under PSA module ?

Hi Ainee,

The Time Entry is just going to give you the total minutes, in the Duration field.

Whether the time was billable or not would be an attribute related to the Project Task the time entry is linked to. We are not billing from PSA.
