Error: Can't create reminders for some customers

Hi,

Could anyone give me a hint to why this happens? The customers seems to be set up properly and they have a Reminder Terms Code set.

I will have to go through the settings again I suppose, but I havn't had this problem before...

generally you need to check the below

reminder terms setup

customer card

customer ledger entries

data filters

my suggestions would be go over those setup and compare with other customers,

test in sandbox and create transactions that ensure a reminder should be created for the troubleshooting

Hi, it is recommended to first check whether the Reminder Terms Code on the Customer Card is empty?

Hi,
