Hi,
I'm trying to submit the workforce for a PO to be able to confirm it. But it's stuck at submit
Batch management service is enabled
Change management in procurement and sourcing is enabled
As per screen shot, batches for workflow are in withhold state, kindly change the status to waiting with reccurance, let me know if this helps

I changed due date processing and message processing to waiting and left the other two as withhold(I compared it with another environment) but still same issue...also in batch job history I can't see new records
Could it be because I'm not using admin user
Can you check what is the frequency of this batch?
Is it still running?

I woudl recommend to delete all Workflow batch jobs and run again the Workflow infrastructure configurator.
