Hello:
This is GP 2015 and Office 365. I didn't even make any changes to a brand new Word Template. I simply copied the template from an "Original" template in Report Template Maintenance, saved it, and imported it.
Upon printing the Check Remittance, I get the error saying that there are "problem with its contents".
I was told that the GP Word Add-In is installed on this box, even though I don't see it in Control Panel's Programs and Features.
Regardless, this report is not a Report Writer-based modification. It is an unmodified report. That's why I mentioned the word "Original" a few moments ago.
Anyway, any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Disregard. I figured this out, by creating the template on my local laptop and importing into the client's environment.
