Hi,

I have the following question. Once I have had a document attached to a journal line, this document will appear on the voucher transactions?

What am I doing?

  • Create GL journal
  • Insert a line
  • Attached a document by document handling

  • Post the GL journal
  • Go to Inquiries > Voucher transactions
  • Select the journal 
  • And the document attached not appear

Note: the number sequence of the posted voucher is different than the temporary voucher.

    Hi Magno,

    Why should the attachement that you made be visible from the voucher?

    Once your journal is posted you can open the voucher and from there drill down to the original journal /document from where the voucher was created. When doing this and arriving at the respective line you should be able to see the attachment.

    Can you check and confirm that?

    I don't think so because these both are different tables. You can setup attachments for both from the following path:

    Organization administration > Setup > Document management > Active document tables.
