Greetings,
We have Sales Enterprise, and recently we had our tech guy purchase Customer Service Professional. I already have the Sales license assigned to myself, but when I went to assign the Customer Service license to myself, I got an error message:
"You can't assign licenses that contain these conflicting services: Dynamics 365 for Sales, Dynamics 365 for Customer Service Pro. Review the services included with each license, and try again."
What does this mean? What are "conflicting services"?
