During runtime of our homegrown Dexterity system we receive a random error: "An open operation on table 'Agents_master_list' has caused an unknown error (46)". This error seems to occur randomly on this file. Have reconstructed the indexes, but to no avail. The error continues to happen randomly with this file. There is no documentation as to what to do when one gets this error....it is "unknown". Is it a bad table?, etc. or is there something occurring with the runtime system that I'm unaware of?

What database platform are you using for you tables?

If SQL turn on logging in the Dex.ini to see what is happening.

If Ctree, error 46 is FUSE_ERR 46 File number already in use (from CTERROR.PDF in Dex/Manuals folder).
