Users can see records that they should not

Accounts are owned by teams. Users can see others team records in the account view. It should be that you only see the Accounts that belong to your team. 
 
Security roles: User level not business unit level 
Teams: Checked that the team does not have any higher security role. 
 
What else could be causing it?
