i am trying to register the Picking List but i face error in the on hand Quantity = 0 as in the in the Pic and when i check the on hand quantity i found it enough ,

Hi Magdy Mansour,
Check the availability of the inventory at specific storage dimensions ( Site/warehouse/Location) used in this sales order.
Click on Overview button (at the top left corner of the On-hand form) and check the inventory for specific site/warehouse/location.
The current On hand form (in your screenshot) shows the consolidated details of the available inventory for the specific item and does not show the inventory availability at the specific storage dimension. Visit the overview form to get those details.
