Hi, I want to change the font in the template on H1, H2 etc (all styles in the drop down list) but cannot find out how to keep it for new documents using the template. Where is it?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi MitaLun,

    When I select one font(lucida handwriting) to write a sentence in the article template.

     pastedimage1618379448098v1.png

    Then I use the template to create new kb articles, words before the sentence from template with default font, words behind the sentence from template with same font.

    if you need add context before the sentence from the template, you need change font manually.

    Regards,

    Leah Ju

    Hi Leah, I know that but what I am interested in is to change for the styles in the drop down. I will now work with the knowledge db I will just help out with templates following our graphical guidelines. The template needs to be empty and they should rely on the styles. I guess I have to add a CSS but had hoped there was a way to change equal to what´s in word.

    I would like to see this disabled.

    I want the CSS on my website to set the font for display, not a the article level.

    1st, I shouldn't have to change manually on every article I create if my website uses a different font.

    2nd, if we ever change the font used on my website, then I would have to change the font on every article.

    3rd, if I ever wanted to share articles on different website that use different fonts, then I'm stuck w/out a solution.

    I had a new idea just after posting this. What if in creating a new template I include some html such as this.

    <div data-wrapper="false">

    <h2>My heading</h2>

    </div>

    With the data-wrapper already set, perhaps the WYSIWYG editor will stop inserting the default garbage, i.e.

    <div data-wrapper="true" style="font-family:'Segoe UI','Helvetica Neue',sans-serif; font-size:12px">
    Anyone try this? I'm going to give it a go.

    Hi MitaLun

    I think today it's possible. Look at this webressource: KnowledgeArticleRTEconfig.js and check instructions here (which are related to the normal email editor):

    docs.microsoft.com/.../customer-service-hub-user-guide-email-font-admin

    (remember to change "sticky style" also if you modify the normal email editor)
