Remove "All Reports" and "bars" from standard role center

How to remove the highlighted part from the standard role center?

    I think it is not possible, they are both system pages.

    And I have been able to see that even if you use the "blank role center" (code below) , these 2 options still appear.
    If I find something I'll tell you.
