display report using Entity list by limiting data based on passing parameter in dynamics 365 portal

I have to create a dynamic report in the Dynamics 365 portal that displays Employee Booking data belong to site leads.

I created an entity list with all the bookings. is there any way I can pass the site lead location to the entity list to display data based on the parameter passed?
