... then I would recommend getting into contact with the company that created and installed it in your environment directly.
The community can mainly help you with standard functionalities and features only but not specialized 3rd party software tools that are build on top of those standard functionalities.
They seem to have a support site and I would recommend making use of that site.

You seem to be talking about an ISV solution. Couldn't you ask the ISV about their own product?

Regarding Avalara Tax setup i need some clarifications, Kindly Clarify.
My client is having one company at US and he is configured Avalra tax for the entity in AX, now he acquired another company which is located in UK,
Q1- Do we need to configure Avalara tax for UK also?
Q2- Avalara tax is designed only for US and CANADA countries?
Q3- If i configure Avalara Tax setup for UK entity also what would be the Issue
Q4- If i configure Avalara Tax setup for UK entity and Not selected the Apply US tax rules what will be the issue?
