Segmentation with custom related table - Entity XXX cannot be used in query. Entity has no items

Hello,

We're facing a problem creating a segment with related custom table.

- schema : contact - account - custom table (called ACTIONS)

- we want to create a segment of contacts that have accounts that have specific values in /custom table ACTIONS/

- we create the segment, and when trying to put /live/ > message is blocking us: Entity ACTIONS cannot be used in query. Entity has no items

- of course, if I go to the table /actions/, I have values in it > so I suppose system doesn't find them...

Someone know what is the meaning of this message? or some idea?

it could be related to the fact that relevance search is not activated? or is the path between tables that is not found?

Hi Partner,

Are you using an outbound marketing segment or a real-time marketing segment?

What is the relationship between the three tables being used?

Contact and account are N:1 ?

What about the relationship between the custom table and the contact table?

Can you share a detailed screenshot of the segment configuration and the paths between the tables? This will make it easier for me to test in my own environment and see if I can reproduce it?
