Error while processing the Production order

Hi All,

I am getting an error message on click of the Start option while processing a Production order. I have checked all the setups including that mentioned in the message but still cannot process it. Please find attached the error message. Immediate advise is much appreciated.

Hi Neeta,

Do you check if the main account or account structure is enabled?

Do you try to change the posting setting to all instead of specific item?

Hi Mattguo,

Thank you for the prompt reply.

This matter has been resolved. The issue was that Microsoft D365 did not save the account number for transaction type when I had initially allotted it and saved it. I had also checked if it saved before closing the form. But when I revisited the item groups form, it wasn't saved.

I have noticed similar save function issue on the other forms too.
