D365 FO-Standard way to uninstall an application X++ Update package & binary Update package from Dev/Uat/Prod

You cannot uninstall package, however, you can delete specific model, refer this blog for details daxdevblog.blogspot.com/.../how-to-uninstall-model-from-uatprod.html
For production environment you can ask DSE to rollback deployable package. For DEV\TEST\UAT you can just delete code you want to remove, build new deployabla package and deploy to any environment you want.
And with binary updates, you can't go back. It's similar than with ax2012 kernel updates.
