Hi Experts,I got the "Received HTTP RequestEntityTooLarge" error while running the custom JSON service. I am using D365 F&O cloud environment and try to sync around 8400 customer data from outside the FinOps via integrated service.
How can I resolve this issue on cloud environment?Here I found one related thread,

but it won't help me.
Any help should be appreciated.

If I understand correctly you are trying to push all 8400 customers in one go and hit the message size limit. I would say manipulating with web.config is not an option, as in PROD you can't do it anyway and MS will not accept this change. Have you thought to split one message to smaller ones?
Is it the usual amount of customers you want to sync every day? Have you considered using recurring integration or data package API instead of custom service?

Actually no issues with reduce the transfer file size and I just clarified the error.

No, not. Only initial sync will met the file size limit.
3. "Have you considered using recurring integration or data package API instead of custom service?"
This will affect entire service pattern and I would like to move on with first one.
