    Hi Everyone:

Well I took the following actions to get this working:

    1) Add the IUSR_<machine> account into the PrivReportingGroup, ReportingGroup, SQLAccessGroup, and to several SQL groups in the machine itself.
    2) Install SSRS Data Connector and patch it all the way up
    3) Added a login into SQL Management Studio for <doamin>\<machine>, <machine>\IUSR_<Machine> and grant the appropriate rights in SQL
    4) Added <Machine>_ISUR_<machine> in Report Manager with all security roles

All I know is it works by some miracle :-)

A quick not about my environment as as follows:

    1) CRM, SQL, and SSRS are all on the same box (not the best for performance or security, but hey it works)

So I fixed it and hope that all helps someone in the future who is experiencing this obscure issue :-)

Important disclaimers: 1) my situation is unique and what may work for me might not be the solution for you please test any proposed solution in a testing lab before deploying it to production or seek the assistance of your Information Technology department 2) I do things a bit differently given my medical issues so I encourage you to not take my solution as gospel.
