Dynamics Portals - Sharepoint document list showing only one file per page

Hi,

I followed the steps on this link:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/manage-sharepoint-documents

After that the Sharepoint Documents section was successfully added to my Entity Form, but it's retrieving only one file per page, as you can see in the following image:

Have any one experienced this? Is there a configuration for it?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Pedro,

Since you have used Entity Forms for exposing the Documents from SharePoint. You might have used a Sub Grid for this and under Entity Forms to display on the Page you would have used Entity Form Metadata, right? Please check the Sub Grid Configuration in the Entity Form Metadata section of your entity form you might get settings related to the configured Sub Grid. Let me know if still the problem is not resolved.

    Regards,

    Dhawal J.

Hi Dhawal, thanks for your answer :)

I've checked that before posting this question, but unfortunately there is no property on the sub-grid metadata related to page size. Or at least I couldn't find it.

By the way, I didn't have to use the Entity Form Metadata at all, after adding the sub-grid targeting the Document Locations entity, Portals automagically added the file list and the file manipulation buttons to the sub-grid, no further configuration was needed.

Anyway, everything I've tried to change via Form Metadata had no effect on the SharePoint sub-grid.

    Regards,

    Pedro

    Hi Pedro,

You can check following my steps:

1.Go to Settings > Customizations > customize the system.

2.Select an entity (e.g. Case) and expand it to click From that you add sub-grid.

3.Double-clcik that sub-grid and select Formatting.

Check and set number of rows.

    Hi Clofly,

That wasn't the issue but your answer helped me a lot! Thank you.

Looking at the sub-grid configuration I found out that the Number of Rows was set to 4, so that couldn't be the problem.

But then I noticed the checkbox under the Number of Rows: Automatically expand to use available space

And after marking this check box my SharePoint sub-grid started to show several files per page.

Thank you guys, for taking the time to help the community!

I set the row size as 20 and checked the 'automatically use the available space' but still it is showing only 5 from dynamics Portal

I am also having this issue. I've put the max number of rows to 20 and also checked "Use available space" but still having each file show up on its on page. Any other solutions?

I had the same problem when adding the subgrid using the new form editor.

Use the legacy form editor to add the subgrid and set it to use available space and you'll then find that the portal shows more than 1 file per page.

It seems like different people has used different ways to solve this problem, so I consider the product is still very buggy.

What worked for me is actually configure the subgrid in classic mode and DO NOT tick "Automatically expand to use available space." Then when I specify maximum number of rows to display to 50, it actually displays 52 files per page. But if I tick that box, it always just display 4 files per page.

If I don't use classic mode to configure the subgrid, then it displays one file per page.
