We are trying to install a program called eiStreamImaging28 so we can use the scan function in Ax2009. We got error messages that complains for active-x.

Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

    That should not be the problem.

    It says: Unable to call method on activeX, wait until object is fully intialized. Any other suggestions?

    Does this program have requirements that need to be installed before? In wich Windows are you trying to intall it?

    And from where is this program from?

    You are getting the errow while installing the software or trying to use the Active-X in a Ax2009 form?

    We get the error when we are trying to use the form. We have Windows 7, 32 bit on the computer.

    I have no idea where the program i from. We have used it before whit out any problems on another computer.

    I found that : dynamicstechnical.blogspot.ca/.../unable-to-create-activex-control.html

    Maybe the Active-X is not registered on the client machine.  Try registering it.

    We have solved the problem above. Now the problem is that the scanning function cant find were to save the invoice. Were in Ax can we find this?
