Employee Development - Performance Management Review Types - Manager Signoff

Hi,

I have set up mid year and year end performance reviews within the Employee development workspace without workflows and enabled manager sign off.

However employees are only able to see the name of their managers if the manager is in the same legal entity as they are. We are a global organisation and have reporting relationships across legal entities.

Any advice on how I can set it up such that managers can sign off even if they are not part of the same legal entity as their reportee?

Hello Ian,

Thank you for using Microsoft Dynamics Communities! I reviewed your scenario and I believe that the only way that you can accomplish this scenario is by having the manager have employments in multiple legal entities. This would allow the employee to see their manager.
