Hey Mahesh,
In the Search window box (extreme corner), type session and you will have all your required information, if you have access of the Development environment then of course you can search for the table Active Session and execute it. See the below screenshot:
Open this you will have all your needed information.

You can get hostname.. if thats sufficient for you ...
