Dynamics 365 Business Central Partner Sandbox

Purchased the licenses but cannot find the way to deploy the tenant.

Has anyone provisioned the Partner Sandbox for Business Central?

    Hi, This is a very new type of license, sorry I haven't tried it yet.

    Can you try sign in from the BC homepage?

    You have to request your license here:

    experience.dynamics.com/.../

    Then you get instructions on how to access it.

    Hi Inge,

    We did get our licenses already, about a month ago.  No instructions were sent and support couldn't help either. 

    Did you successfully access your Partner Sandbox?

    Yes, i had mine running for months.

    Do you know what tenant id you put into your request?

    I will try to dig back to the communication i got when i established ours.

    Did you receive a receipt like this one ?

    And can you access the Azure AD that is stated as your domain?

    In that case you need to make sure you have assigned BC licenses to your users before you can access the sandbox.

    Hi DeAndra,

    Yes, i have the Partner Sandbox running.

    Assign the licenses to your user and go to the Business Central Admin Center. There you can create your environment.

    Hello,

    There are two ways to access support.

    1. via Partner Center (partner center support), they can also be contacted to refresh licenses for OnPrem

    2. BC support, we are usually in charge when there is an issue when BC is up and running

    Not sure which one you did contact, but someone should be able to assist you with this.

    We are also not able to find the environment. I have logged multiple cases/tickets at microsoft but nobody is able to help.

    I would like to cancel this subscription since we are not able to access the environment. We already have a BC production + sandbox included in our Gold Partnership so i think that this is the reason that we are not able to add another sandbox.

    anyone knows how to cancel this subscription? people from Microsoft keep sending me to other business units, i am getting quite irritated about this.
