When I go to print customer labels, some of the customers have a random blank line in their address. I compared one that had the blank line and one that was correct, and their customer card had the exact same boxes filled or blank. I have also noticed the same thing when printing invoices for some of the customers. Does anyone know what causes this and how to fix?
Below is a screenshot of 2 customers from the label report:
You can even tell that the bottom part of the y is cut off but I wasn't sure if that is a separate issue or if it's from the same thing.
Thank you

Space, new line, garbled characters, etc. Basically any characters that do not show up in the screen but it is there.
I already checked for spaces, but what do you mean by invisible characters?
A standard report will take all your customer's address information which is Name, Name 2, Contact, Address, Address 2, City, Post Code, County, and Country/Region Code. It will look at the address format and change the order, and compress it.
If you have five lines and the third line is blank, NAV will remove the third line automatically when doing the compress. However, if you have space or any invisible characters (new line, etc) in it, the compress will not work.
So try also checking if there is a 'space' or any invisible characters that result in a blank line.
You will need to check if your reports have a customization in it or not.
Are you sure the data on the customer cards is correct? These are the fields pulled into the Customer Labels:
Secondly, are you using report 10044 for the labels?
Double check the correct fields on the customer card are properly populated.
