Dynamics 2016 v8.2.0.8

form Settings-System Settings, after click ok button, no response.

on my dev environment, click ok will update the settings and auto close the 'system settings' window.

Anyone can help on the cause? or how to debug? or how can I change the settings bypass Dynamics web?

This page. By design, after I click 'ok', it will save the settings and close the window.

But now, nothing happen.

It cannot be reproduced unfortunately.

It is recommended to raise a support ticket for further help.

Tried Chrome, Edge, IE, Firefox on different PC. also tried on Dynamics web server with http://localhost

Even on my STG environment, everything works fine.

So my question is how to debug this issue, since only on my prod environment can repro this. Even create support ticket, we don't allow microsoft to connect our prod environment.
