Hello,

While trying to import data into the Customer postal Address data entity, I keep having problems. I can import 1 line at a time, but when I try multiple lines simultaneously, this error message keeps appearing.

    Hi Mubeen Ch,

Have you tried to export the entity (Customer postal addresses) to Excel?

When you say that "I can import 1 line at a time,", do you mean that you have created filter while export data?

I have tested the export of this standard entity and it works fine (records get exported)

    Hi Alireza,

When I submit just one line, no error message appears and the data uploads without a hitch. The snapshot that is attached is below.

Additionally, data is not submitted when I upload many lines and an error is displayed. The snapshot that is attached is below.

    Regards,

    Mubeen

It is very clear from the error log that there are some duplicate records in the Excel. Try checking the primary key for that entity and check if there is any duplicate present. So gle record means it is not the duplicate but multiple means it might have duplicates. Try checking the Excel and the table and try again.

    Hi Mubeen Ch,

It seem that is issue is related to the source excel file since the data is not uploaded to staging table.

It can be related to the duplicate records for one customer. Can you share the test file that t you want to import to better troubleshoot the issue?
