leave and absence no. of hours worked

Hi All,

In D365 F&O-HR, where do we capture the no. of hours worked by an employee.

If the unit of leaves is set in hours, and we need to compute based on the No. of hours worked where and how can we capture the actual hours the employee have worked for.

Is there any existing field on employee form which captures this data?

Please advice.

Hi Poonam,

You can always use Leave and Bank transaction entity to capture all these details.

Hi Poonam,

The field name is Amount on the data entity. There is a field on the form which is calculated. You need to check data entity LeaveBankTransactionV2 and based on the transaction type, you can calculate Amount value.
