Hi there, my client  have a requirement within the Customer Service + Sales Model-Driven Application
For a Case, they have different document types (all PDF's) but these Documents are different in terms of purpose
They want to have several subgrids that show
Case
Subgrid 1 - Consent
Subgrid 2 - Review
Subgrid 3 - ......
Subgrid 4 - ......
How would I create this such that 1 or more files (PDFs) can be uploaded to these Sections (Manually, no AI or automation around what goes where that's up to a user) but it achieves an easy way to find these Files. All of these files may have to be synchronized to Sharepoint (Folders under Case)
Assistance here would be appreciated, but if we can't solve it, I will escalate to Microsoft
Regards
Prashee

With Sharepoint Integration - you can create Document Sets or use Meta tagging.
