I downloaded the Dynamics Field Service (2017) mobile app (with the truck icon). When I opened it, I did not see Work Orders, and I could not open booking records to edit forms. So I installed the Woodford solution and imported the project template. This works, so now I'm able to see Work Orders, update bookings, and customize the app.
Question: It looks like the woodford solution is only a TRIAL, and it is saying I need to purchase a mobile license of Resco Mobile CRM after 30 days to continue using. Does this mean after 30 days, I will go back to the stock app and no longer be able to open Work Orders or access bookings? If so, does one paid license cover all users? Or does each user need to purchase a resco mobile crm license?
I just want the mobile users to be able to access and update work orders and bookings. Is there a free way to do this?
