DIXF - Shared working directory

Hi,

When i try to give the shared working directory for the DIXF, i am getting the permission issue. I have given the full control to the AOS and DIXF service account. But, i am getting some error message when i validate the folder path on the DIXF parameter form.

Version is AX 2012 CU7.

Could you please explain me that how to solve this issue?

    Im not sure that this is your issue but it may help in deciding how to set up directories:

    Does the user of DIXF have access to the location?  The data appears to be uploaded by the user and not the AOS.  For example I use a shared directory on my machine for DIXF which is not accessible by anyone, including the AOS which is on another subnet, without credentials.  This also means that the directory has to be changed by each user as the last user may have different accessibility, different map drives.

    I have added the users under the DIXF user group. We are having two aos. In AOS2, DIXF service component is not installed. This is the problem. So, it is working fine after installed the DIXF service components.
