How do I get access to Lifecycle Services

Hi,

We need to migrate a client from CRM 2016 to Dynamics 365 online.

When I log on to Lifecycle Services (https://lcs.dynamics.com/Logon/Index) I only see an option for Dynamics NAV.

Can anyone advise how I can get to see Dymanics CRM as an option?

    Please have a look at  post,

    also, please check whether do you have valid license for Dynamics 365.

    As rightly said by Asif, you can Refer the article community.dynamics.com/.../lifecycle-services-switch-between-d365fo-mode-and-ax2012-mode    and check for the required permission in Dynamics CRM
