ootb button "Add to Marketing List" no reaction

Hi!
 
The OOTB-button /Add to Marketing List/ does nothing. No matter if I am on the lead or on account form.
No error message in console, no popup, nothing....
The strange thing: this is the only button without translation:
 
Does anyone knows, how to solve this problem. It's an all environments: dev/dev-customer/prod
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (on premise)
-Version 2104 (9.1.16.20) (DB 9.1.16.20)
