Hello there,

Is there an issue with Microsoft Editor in Dynamics CRM for Customer Service?

The extension does not highlight wrongly spelt words in the text editor when creating emails, it is as if the extension is disabled but it is indeed enabled. Any help will be beneficial. I have used Chrome and Edge to no avail.

It works fine in my environment.

Are you the only one in your environment experiencing this problem? Or all users?

Are you only experiencing this issue with Dynamics customer service app?
