Hello everybody. I have a question about managing customer overdues. Do you send account statements to your customers automatically via AX2012? (I mean a statement of account - Not reminders) For the purpose of confirming receipt of all invoices.
I tried to do it via AX but I cannot generate 1 statement per customer (in pdf) by email to all customers at once. Some tips ? Thanks a lot.

I think you should have a talk with one of your colleagues from the development team.
Many things that you mention indicate either that some set ups are missing or that some small code changes could accelerate and automate this process.

I think you may use some custom code to generate the report and save it to SharePoint for per customer.
From there, you can use power automate flow for this/.

Thanks for your support.
In fact I am already using this report.
It took me 4 hours to generate one statement in pdf by customer (!) => enter the customer account + save the file and send it to customer.
I cannot send it by email directly to customer as the file in attachment is not pdf even if I chose "pdf" it is still .html attachment (and I guess most of our Customers wont open an .html file for IT internal rules).
I know that I can simplify the process. It's not possible to spend so much time generating statements...
In the report: If I don't fill in the "account number" field in order to generate all account statements of all customers at once I will get one big pdf file with all the statements of accounts of each customer in succession (not even 1 statement per page). And this is useless.
I'm sure there is a way to get what I want, but how?

There is an "customer account statement" report available in the AR module in the report section.
This report allows you creating and transmitting account statements to all of your customers.
A prerequisite is that your customers have all emails set up and that your system is configured in a way that you can send out emails from AX directly.
If you are not sure whether the necessary setups have been made then talk to your system admins.
