I was looking for a batch job that would actually be able to help me out with Auto Assignment of Leave Plans on the Employees/Contractors.
Currently I see that (Leave Plan) if I set the expiration date as ending:
1) Never: Leave Year Entitlement is done on its own for the next year as well without the ability to change the leave plan for the employees (I don't want to use it on a tiered basis)
2) Starting and expiring in 2022: for an employee, they are not able to be assigned the same leave plan for the next year and I would like to carry this step out through a batch job, is this possible?

Did you check to Accrue leave and absence plans under Leave and Absence workspace > Links tab?
