Hello - I work for a company that has recently implemented NAV 2013 R2. We are having issues with our logo. When it is being printed on all types of forms, a small broken line appears on the bottom right corner of our company logo. I am the marketing person and sent multiple files to the consultants and for some reason, between our IT team and the consultants, they can't figure out why it is printing with this mark. Hidden fields?? I am hoping someone can give me some assistance! Please, thank you!

hi,

remove the company logo from the company info. load an alternative image.

try different image formats (bmp, jpg, png).

try different images sizes (smaller image).

do you get then the same effect?

If you are using jpg format, consider giving problems in some cases. Try bmp format.

Yes, I have tried PNG, tried different sizes and it still shows...more or less it shows, different ways. I took screen shots, am I able to upload pics? I will try. Also, I noticed it only appears on the hard copy - not electronically. Thanks for the reply!!

Thanks for the reply Jose! I have tried PNG, but will try bmp next. I will try and upload some screen shots I took of a scanned copy b/c I am noticing it only shows on the hard copies...

Check if there are any textboxes around which has text , on the header there are few textboxes which are used to Get and SetData they are very tiny and if those are not set to Visible False there is chance of those contents appearing as lines.

I don't have lines, but my image is more blurry than in bmp. I imported the bmp file in Company.Picture, tried import picture directly in layout - the same. May be some settings to be made to the ImageBox?
