I have what seems like a random issue where emails may or may not send after implementing the modern auth in Dynamics. We're on version 18.3.1290.
The only way I've been able to duplicate the issue is by clicking the back button when presented with the Login Screen below. It is difficult to verify whether or not this is what our users (or some of them) are doing since they either can't remember or deny it.
I am seeing this issue in work flow and EFT Remittance emails.
Is there a way to remove the back button so that the only option is to Pick An Account?
