When i am selecting the multiple activities to mark complete in bulk(CRM 365 online), i am not able to see the option in ribbon of my activities form.
can anyone help with this.
Hi Mona,
If you open one of those records you're trying to mark as completed, are you able to see the button inside the form? If you can't then you're probably missing a privilege.
Anyway, I believe you should open a service request for further investigation.

thanks for your reply, this is online CRM this button is not customized and i am checking here for Appointments i am not getting "Mark Complete" option for bulk operation.

The button "mark complete" will only show when selecting some types of activity. For example, selecting emails (to be sent), won't show:
However, when selecting "phone calls" and tasks, I can see:
Anyway, if you select the correct types and still don't see the button:
- was that button customized?
- have you same behavior in UCI and in legacy?
- is this online?
