Page.RUNMODAL in NAV 2013R2 doesn't always behave

I'm calling a custom page from the Sales Quote subform using Page.RUNMODAL in NAV 2013R2 with Cum. Update 19 on platform and application.  Users are working on client workstations using a VPN connection to the NAV Service.  Users are getting frequent instances(daily) where the page focus is moving back to the Sales Quote page rather than staying in the modal page.  This behavior is not readily duplicated.  Users can get out of the modal page and repeat the same steps without producing the modal problem.

If you cannot duplicate, it might be something related to metadata issue, try to clear the data from user metadata, object metadata and page data personalization for the sales quote and sales quote subform page.

    Then compile the pages.

Suresh,  I'm assuming that no news is good news.  I've asked the client to confirm that deleting the metadata and recompiling has fixed the problem.  It's been several days after several reminders with no answer.  I'm hoping that it means that things are good.  Thanks for the suggestion.
